Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Early access
Early access
Limva is in early access. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be discontinued while we build. The legal entity behind Limva is in the process of being established; these terms will be updated when that completes.
What Limva is
Limva provides checkout software and settlement infrastructure: we create payment sessions, host a checkout interface, and deploy on-chain split contracts that distribute USDC between recipients configured by the studio. Limva is non-custodial — we never hold, pool, or control funds. Payments flow directly from the payer’s wallet to the split contract and on to recipients.
What Limva is not
Limva is not a bank, exchange, money transmitter, or investment service, and nothing on this site is financial or legal advice. Payments on public networks are irreversible; payers and studios are responsible for the security of their own wallets and keys.
Fees
Limva’s fee is 2% per transaction (or the rate agreed in your early access terms), taken as a fixed share of the on-chain split configured at onboarding. No monthly fees, no setup costs.
Refunds
Because payments settle directly to recipient wallets, Limva holds no balance from which a refund could be issued. Refunds are initiated and sent by the studio as a new payment to the player. We provide the transaction data needed to identify the original payment.
Studio responsibilities
Studios are responsible for complying with the platform policies (including app store rules), consumer protection rules, tax obligations, and local laws that apply to their games and markets. Limva supplies checkout software and structured transaction data; it is not a merchant of record, does not file tax returns on a studio’s behalf, and does not determine a studio’s eligibility for any store program.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limva’s liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Limva in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by network congestion, wallet compromise, or third-party services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Questions — reach us via the contact form.
